Rao Birender Singh

Rao Birender Singh was an Indian politician.

He served as the Chief Minister of Haryana from March until November, 1964, and also served in the union cabinet. He was the second Chief Minister of the state after its secession from Punjab, which state he had also represented as a minister at one time. He had also served in the Lok Sabha, to which he was elected in 1971, 1980 and 1984.

Singh died of cardiac arrest in Gurgaon. He was 88.
