Delhi BJP Demands the Electoral Officer that case should be filed against AAP Leader for indulging in violence and for instigating such violence and action taken against the guilty persons

New Delhi, 19th March. Delhi BJP Legal Department has filed a complaint with the Chief Electoral Officer against Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal, AAP leaders Manish Sisodia, Gopal Rai, Rajender Pal Gautam, Kailash Gehlot, Pankaj Gupta for burning the Election Manifesto of BJP and photographs of BJP leaders on the 13th March and 15th March, 2019.

      In this complaint, it has been alleged that Aam Aadmi Party leaders are continuously violating the Model Code of Conduct. In spite of the Model Code of Conduct being in force in Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party leaders are holding meetings without the permission and indulging in mis-propaganda. Aam Aadmi Party has no rights to burn the BJP Election Manifesto.



      Delhi BJP Legal Department Co-Convener Shri S.N. Verma has demanded the Electoral Officer that case should be filed against AAP leaders for indulging in violence and for instigating such violence and action should be taken against the guilty persons.
