In his first trip to Bihar after the announcement of election date the Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi made communal ideology and lack of development and corruption poll issues.
While addressing public meetings in the Muslim-dominated Araria and Katihar districts on Thursday he tried to expose the nexus between Bharatiya Janata Party and Janata Dal (United). On the other hand in Saharsa he made lack of development in Bihar an issue to attack the Nitish Kumar government.
Rahul alleged that Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar’s partnership is not with BJP leaders but with its ideology as he has been supporting their move to create division in the name of religion and community.
He said Congress is fighting against the ideology that divided the country and would fight till the finish for the integrity and unity of India. The party wants to build an India for all. India should be for all.
