Goa polls: Trinamool Congress releases its manifesto

Releasing the manifesto, state TC president Wilfred de Souza said his party intends to contest in 35 assembly constituencies. He said he has identified another five constituencies where he anticipates one-to-one fights between two parties. Land acquired for the Mopa airport and sports city in Goa will be returned to the farmers and all land acquisition cases of 2000 and later will be reviewed if the All-India Trinamool Congress (TC) comes to power in the state.

This is one of 11 points in the election manifesto of the TC, which became the first party in Goa to put out its manifesto for the March 2012 assembly elections.
