Goa BJP chief, Laxmikant Parsekar on Wednesday said it was not in a hurry to declare the list of candidates for the Goa assembly polls. “Why should we open our cards? We are not afraid of rebellions, but we are being careful,” Parsekar said, talking to reporters.
Earlier reports had said that Naik would head the party in the assembly polls, but later he was asked to stay in Delhi. A section of leaders in the party has been projecting Manohar Parrikar as candidate for the Chief Minister’s post.
