Pawar says : Modi may have peaked too soon before 2014 elections

In a veiled attack on BJP’s apparent prime ministerial candidate — Narendra Modi, NCP chief and Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar said that anyone projecting himself as leader too early before the polls is bound to fizzle out even before the actual contest begins.

Talking to a newspaper, Pawar said he spoke from experience when he said that opening one’s cards too early before the polls wasn’t advisable in the Indian political scenario.
