India Elections : Praja Rajyam Party keeps its options open
Praja Rajyam Party general secretary Allu Arvind on Thursday dismissed the exit poll predictions as inaccurate and misleading and said his party would support any coalition at the Centre that would protect the interests of Andhra Pradesh and PRP.
Asserting that the results on May 16 would give PRP 15 Lok Sabha and 160 assembly seats, Arvind said at a press conference that his party was even ready to work with TRS. “We will support any party that safeguards and protects the interests of the state and also the interests of our party. Yes, we are also willing to work with the TRS if the need arises,” he said.
On the Third Front, the PRP general secretary said that it had lost its way and the fourth front would replace it.
Aravind said, “In politics there are no permanent friends and foes. The party’s doors are open to other parties.’’

As a citizen of gudur i would like to express my grievence for the incapability of the operating sectors in the party.agreed that the PRP is a new party but the ground work done was baseless . Leaders were overconfident about the actor s image. Ravindra babu is a worthy candidate n his processing capabilities are flawless.Lack of unity amongst party aspirants ,shortage of time ( his name was announced in the last juncture)absence of strong local leaders ,tickets being denied to candidates(MR NALLAPAREDDY N MR CHEVURI VIJAY MOHAN REDDY n many others )of neighbouring places, shortage of resourc4es such as money n funds to combat his rivals the Congress n the TDP are a few factors that failed the leader which could have otherwise lead him to success. Now the leader Chiranjeevi has to decide as to how to strengthen his failed candidates n lift them in this needy juncture.
